pentadbirannya kerana gagal menyedia dan menyelenggarakan kolam takungan

MELAKA: Seramai 275 pembeli rumah Taman Bidara Palma, Tanjung Bidara, Masjid
Tanah, dekat sini, yang rumah mereka terbengkalai sejak enam tahun lalu
perlu menanti selewat-lewatnya sehingga penghujung tahun ini untuk menduduki
rumah mereka secara sah. Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) kawasan Tanjung
Bidara, Datuk Ab Karim Sulaiman, berkata daripada jumlah itu, 194 pembeli di
fasa 1A sudah menduduki rumah masing-masing walaupun tanpa sijil menduduki
(CF) manakala bakinya, iaitu 81 pembeli fasa 1A belum lagi dapat tinggal di
rumah yang mereka beli berikutan hanya 80 peratus pembinaan rumah siap dan
tanpa CF.

Sarawak to study change to housing law
