SHAH ALAM: Lima pembeli rumah teres dua tingkat Seksyen 23 di sini, kesal
kerana Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) gagal mematuhi perintah
Tribunal Tuntutan upaya membayar pampasan kepada mereka dalam tempoh 30
hari. Perintah mahkamah bertarikh 19 Januari 2007 itu meminta pemaju taman
perumahan terbabit, PKNS membayar RM21,300 bagi setiap pembeli rumah
berkenaan sebagai ganti rugi di atas kegagalan pemaju menyediakan lubang
angin (vent) pada rumah berkenaan membabitkan lot tepi sebagaimana
mengikut pelan asal.

JOHOR BAHRU: Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kira-kira Negara (PAC), Datuk
Shahrir Abdul Samad, berkata bekas Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Dr
Afifuddin Omar, akan memberi penjelasan kepada PAC, 11 Mei ini berhubung
kelewatan pembinaan bangunan Perbadanan Perdagangan Luar Malaysia (Matrade).
Menurutnya, Dr Afifuddin bersetuju memberikan penjelasan kepada PAC
mengenai pembinaan bangunan itu yang terbengkalai hampir sembilan tahun
sebelum diserahkan kepada Matrade, Mei tahun lalu.
